1. Service Agreement

By booking our laundry services—including washing, dry cleaning, or ironing with collection and delivery—you agree to these terms. Our services are provided in accordance with industry standards and textile care best practices.

We provide professional fabric care services through trained staff using appropriate equipment and cleaning methods for different textile types.


2. Service Scope and Care Standards

Our services include laundry washing, dry cleaning, stain removal, and professional ironing. We focus on providing quality textile care using professional methods and products suitable for different fabrics and garment types.

While we perform cleaning to professional standards, results can be affected by fabric age, previous treatments, and stain characteristics. We provide realistic assessments based on initial garment evaluation.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful laundry services, clients agree to:

  • Remove all personal items from pockets before collection
  • Disclose any existing damage, delicate areas, or special care requirements
  • Identify specific stains and their causes where possible
  • Provide accurate collection and delivery address information
  • Ensure safe access for collection and delivery at agreed times
  • Communicate any changes to collection arrangements promptly

Clear communication and proper preparation help us provide efficient and satisfactory laundry services.


4. Collection and Delivery Requirements

Clients must ensure items are ready for collection at agreed times and provide safe access for our collection team. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for missed collections or difficult access situations.

We cannot provide services where safe access cannot be established or where collection arrangements cannot be reasonably maintained.


5. Service Timing and Turnaround

Laundry services are scheduled with estimated completion times provided at booking. Service duration may vary depending on fabric type, cleaning requirements, and current workload at our facility.

Service time may be affected by factors including stain difficulty, fabric delicacy, and weather conditions affecting drying processes.


6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service fees are as detailed in our price list and payable upon delivery of cleaned items. Additional charges may apply for special treatments, stubborn stains, or oversized items. Payment is due upon service completion and delivery.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, debit cards, and major credit cards. Regular service customers may establish account payment terms.


7. Cleaning Procedures and Fabric Care

We adhere to professional laundry practices using appropriate techniques for different fabric types. Cleaning methods follow care label instructions and industry standards for textile preservation.

We use industry-approved cleaning products and follow established protocols for stain removal, fabric treatment, and quality assurance.


8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Collection appointments can be rescheduled without penalty with 4 hours' notice. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the estimated service cost. Repeated missed collections may affect future service availability.

We understand that schedules change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergencies with appropriate notification.


9. Garment Condition Assessment

We conduct pre-service inspections to understand cleaning requirements and identify any existing garment damage or wear. Pre-existing conditions should be noted before collection where possible.

We provide honest assessments about cleaning feasibility and any potential limitations based on fabric condition and stain characteristics.


10. Special Care Items and Limitations

While we exercise professional care with all items, certain delicate fabrics, antique textiles, or items with special finishes may have cleaning limitations. We discuss these considerations during the service planning stage.

Some stains may not be fully removable due to fabric sensitivity or stain composition, despite using appropriate professional methods.


11. Lost Items and Inventory Management

We maintain careful inventory control throughout our cleaning process. Clients should maintain their own records of items submitted for cleaning. Any concerns about missing items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Proper inventory management by both parties helps ensure all items are accounted for throughout the service process.


12. Service Satisfaction

We aim to provide laundry services that meet client expectations. Any service concerns should be discussed with our team during delivery or within 24 hours of service completion. We address genuine service issues promptly through our quality assurance process.

Client feedback helps us maintain service standards and continuously improve our fabric care delivery.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for laundry services is limited to the terms of our service insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, fabric wear and tear, or issues related to garment age and condition not caused by our cleaning process.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and exercise professional care in handling all client textiles during cleaning and delivery operations.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, industry practices, or operational requirements. The current terms are always available on our website.
